We present this work dedicated to Pope Leo XIV, which recounts his life and pastoral ministry based on some fundamental characteristics of his heart: simple, vocational, missionary, ecclesial, and challenging, which will allow the reader to know the Supreme Pontiff as the serene and amiable shepherd he is, and at the same time firm in his proposals. In continuity with the successors of the apostle Peter, Leo XIV has assumed with a spirit of courage and, above all, humility the threefold mission entrusted by Christ to Peter: to govern, teach, and sanctify the people of God.
